Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of flodock.com, My Account, demo requests, and evaluation sandboxes operated by Flodock Inc. (“Flodock,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, creating an account, requesting a demo, or starting a sandbox, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Services

The public website provides product information, demo requests, optional self-service trial sandboxes, careers applications, and educational content. Evaluation sandboxes are for testing and demonstration — not a production service-level agreement unless you sign a separate written contract with us.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your flodock.com account credentials confidential. Website account passwords are separate from sandbox login passwords on demo environments. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site to break the law or infringe others’ rights
• Probe, scrape, or overload our systems without permission
• Upload malware, spam, or abusive content
• Load regulated production data into a sandbox you would not put in a test system
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Your data and our IP

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant us a limited license to use submissions to operate the services you request (for example, to provision a sandbox or evaluate a job application). Flodock owns the platform, software, branding, and site content. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information.

Disclaimers

The site and sandboxes are provided for evaluation as is during your trial period. Industry statistics and research on the site illustrate market context — they are not guarantees of results at your facility. Production security, integrations, and support details are discussed during a sales evaluation, not implied by this public site alone.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flodock Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data arising from use of the public website or evaluation sandboxes. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a sandbox trial is limited to the amount you paid us for that trial in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero for free evaluations).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
