Who we are

Flodock Inc. (“Flodock,” “we,” “us”) is a Wyoming corporation operating from Fort Mill, South Carolina 29707, USA. Flodock builds yard management software for logistics teams. Questions about this notice: hi@flodock.com.

Our commitment

We collect information you give us so we can respond to demo requests, operate website accounts, provision evaluation sandboxes, evaluate job applications, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information or contact details to data brokers, advertisers, or other third parties for their marketing.

We use service providers (email delivery, hosting, analytics, chat, bot protection) who process data on our behalf to run the site. That is not a sale.

What we collect

Demo and contact requests

When you request a demo or contact us through the website, we may collect your name, work email, company, role, areas of interest, operational pains, optional phone number, preferred contact method, message, marketing consent, and basic request metadata (such as browser type and IP address).

Website accounts

When you create a flodock.com account, we collect your work email, full name, company, and a password (stored hashed). If you sign in with Google, we receive your verified email, name, Google account identifier, profile picture URL, and email-verified status — not your Google password.

Evaluation sandboxes

When you set up a trial sandbox, we collect your company label, sandbox passwords you choose, teammate names and emails you invite, optional interests and message, marketing consent, and setup preferences. Passwords are transmitted to our sandbox provisioning service to create isolated demo tenants. Do not use production passwords in a sandbox.

Careers applications

When you apply for an open role, we collect your name, email, written answers, education and experience details, city and state, optional LinkedIn profile, resume, optional cover letter, and application metadata. We use this only to evaluate hiring — not for marketing lists.

Live chat

If you use chat on the site, our chat provider may set cookies or similar technologies. If you are signed in, we may pass your account email, name, and company to the chat widget so we can help you in context.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand how visitors use the public website. Analytics data is used to improve the site, not sold.

How we use information

• Respond to demo requests and sales conversations
• Create and manage website accounts and trial sandboxes
• Send transactional email (confirmations, sandbox logins, application receipts)
• Send product updates only when you opt in to marketing
• Evaluate job applications and contact candidates about hiring
• Prevent abuse, spam, and security incidents
• Improve the website and product

Marketing email

We send product updates only when you check an opt-in box on a form. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time by replying to us or writing hi@flodock.com.

How long we keep information

• Demo leads and accounts: while we have an active relationship with you, then for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up and record-keeping.
• Sandbox setup records: for the life of the trial and a short period after closure.
• Careers applications: for the hiring process and a reasonable archive period whether or not you are selected.
• Server logs and security records: for a limited period needed for security and troubleshooting.

You may ask us to delete information we hold about you by emailing hi@flodock.com. We will honor reasonable requests unless we must keep data for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Service providers

We use trusted vendors to operate flodock.com. They process data on our instructions, not for their own marketing:

• Brevo — transactional email and marketing list sync when you opt in
• Cloudflare — website hosting, bot protection (Turnstile), and API tunnel
• Google — analytics (GA4), sign-in (Google Identity), and font delivery
• Chatwoot — live chat on the public site
• Flodock trial infrastructure — provisions isolated demo sandboxes when you start a trial

Cookies and similar technologies

The site may store first-party tokens in your browser (for example, to keep you signed in to My Account). Third parties may set cookies or use local storage, including:

• Google Analytics — usage measurement (IP anonymized)
• Chatwoot — chat session
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on forms
• Google Sign-In — authentication when you choose that option

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Google offers an Analytics opt-out add-on. Chat works without signing in; fewer identifiers are shared when you browse anonymously.

What not to submit

The public website and demo forms are not for production freight secrets, driver government IDs, regulated health data, or credentials you use in live operations. Do not submit website passwords through free-text fields.

Children

flodock.com is a business site and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this notice as the site evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised notice.
